For morning and evening care with wet towels, bottled water, etc., a scarf or a big piece of cloth is useful for privacy. In some parts of the desert where some water is available, it will be possible to wash hair etc. NOTA BENE: For those who smoke and drink: it is advised to buy your cigarettes and alcohol from the duty free prior to entering Egypt.
